1. Engine System

  • Engine: CAT C7.1 ACERT™ engine, Tier 3 / Stage IIIA compliant.

    • Cooling System: Includes a radiator, oil cooler, and cooling fan to maintain engine temperature under heavy load.
    • Fuel System: Designed for optimal fuel efficiency, it includes a large fuel tank and advanced fuel injection systems.

2. Hydraulic System

  • Hydraulic Pump: High-flow, variable-displacement hydraulic pump that powers the boom, stick, bucket, and other attachments. Delivers precise control for fast and smooth operation.
  • Main Control Valve: Regulates hydraulic fluid flow to the boom, stick, and bucket, providing the operator with precise control over the excavator’s movements.
  • Hydraulic Cylinders: Operate the boom, stick, and bucket, providing smooth and high-powered lifting and digging capabilities.
  • Auxiliary Hydraulics: Used for operating additional attachments such as hammers, augers, or grapples.
  • Hydraulic Lines and Hoses: Deliver hydraulic fluid to all key components, ensuring continuous power.

3. Undercarriage

  • Track Frame: Provides robust support to the excavator and allows it to distribute weight evenly, ensuring stability during operation.
  • Tracks: Durable steel tracks with track shoes, idlers, and rollers that ensure maximum traction and stability on various terrains.
  • Rollers (Top and Bottom): These support the track assembly and facilitate smooth movement across surfaces.

4. Upper Frame

  • Cabin:
