1. Engine

2. Hydraulic System

  • The hydraulic system includes the main hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinders, and valve block. It powers all of the excavator's movements, including boom lift, arm extension, and bucket operations.
  • The hydraulic oil reservoir stores the fluid that feeds the hydraulic system.

3. Undercarriage

  • Track Frame: The base structure of the undercarriage, providing the stability for the machine.

  • Rollers: Support the track system and help distribute the weight.
  • Idler and Sprocket: Help in guiding the tracks.

4. Upper Structure

6. Attachment System

7. Cooling System

  • Includes radiator, coolant pump, and fans, which keep the engine and hydraulic system at optimal operating temperatures.

8. Electrical System

  • Wiring and Fuse Box: Manages electrical distribution across the system.

9. Transmission and Drive System

  • This system includes the final drive motors and planetary gear system that transmit power from the engine to the tracks.

10. Swing System

  • Swing Motor: Powers the rotational movement of the upper structure.
  • Swing Reducer: Reduces the speed from the motor and provides torque for the swing.

11. Fuel System

  • Fuel Tank: Stores the fuel for the engine.
