XCMG XP103 Road Roller Highlights

XP103 Pneumatic tire roller is a self-propelled static roller, which is especially suitable for compacting the thin asphalt top layer with a thickness of 15-30mm, for instance the ultra-thin wear-resisting layer of long-life high-grade highway and the thin layer of preventive maintenance of urban roads.

Shangchai SC4H type diesel engine with power of 92KW, speed of 1800r/min, in compliance with China's non road Stage-Ill emission regulations, greatly improved the fuel economy.

It adopts the front 4 rear 5 tire layout, light weight and the most suitable ground pressure for thin layer compaction.

Full hydraulic steering, air-assisted hydraulic brake and multi-speed transmission system are utilized, fast, and flexible. It is more convenient for transfer between construction sites.

Front wheel swing mechanism will be adopted. When the roller is working on uneven ground, the uniform wheel pressure grounding can be guaranteed and unleveled parts of the compacted materials can be compacted uniformly.

Clutch operation mechanism adopts the oil-gas boosting system so that operation is easy and labor-saving: the gas-pushing oil pressure amplification system makes the brake system safe and reliable.

The equipment has water spray system as standard that can spray water to the tire surface to effectively prevent asphalt adhesion. Optional intermittent spraying function is available.

The machine adopts XP3 new type dynamic appearance design and is equipped with wide and bright cab.

New combination meters are more convenient for information display, the control interface is modern and aesthetic.

Standard new air conditioning system. The external mounted condenser is installed in the rear of the cab. Remarkable cooling effect is thus achieved.
